Kick off Independence Day with the Kid’s Bike Parade through the Village at Northstar. We invite families to decorate bicycles, razors, big wheels, clothing, and even dog collars, in USA spirit. Decorating material is hosted in front of Mine, near the Village entrance, where kids and festive pooches meet to be escorted around the Village as a creative showcase. Complimentary face painters will be onsite to spark up additional flair. Parents and family members are encouraged to participate and take plenty of photos of their little patriots. As a perfect stop-over on the way to Lake Tahoe for fireworks, this event is free to the public and complete with tours of Northstar Fire Department trucks.
