Lone Eagle Grille, located at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino will provide a special Valentine’s Day menu to celebrate the holiday.

The menu will include a first course of coriander-crusted and seared sea scallops with carrot puree, grilled bok choy and topped with blood orange reduction. The second course features a grilled Niman Ranch lamb rack with garnet yam puree, topped with lavender rosemary reduction and lamb jus. Finally, the meal concludes with a seven-layer chocolate strawberry cake with cocoa nib ice cream, strawberry caviar, dark chocolate mousse, and almond gateau crumble.
